The Articulate ribbon in PPT appears active but when you click on the buttons nothing happens. We have uninstalled and re-installed both MS Office 10 (32 bit) and Articulate Studio13. Still no change. Checked the VBA, went through the activation sequencing. Still nothing. We are about ready to flush the entire thing and move to Storyline. Any help from the community would be very appreciated.

I believe you're still hitting an installation issue. Canyou try the following to resolve the issue?
Install VSTO
Install at least .NET Framework 4.0
After installing the above, please restart your machine.
If you still have issues, verify that the Articulate add-inisn't Disabled in PowerPoint.
If you continue to have problems, follow all of the steps listedin thislink.
If you still have problems, submit a support case to us andwe'll take a closer look at the issue.
all tried. all failed. very frustrated.
IT team is trying to get an answer directly from Articulate.
