Articulate Studio 13 and Powerpoint issues

My entire team keeps getting an error message that we cannot update the project.  We get this even with a brand new project or with one that we just published recently, we make one edit, and then all of a sudden we get it again.  We have been copying into a new one constantly with similar issues.  This is frustrating!

I can see where this would be frustrating! Let's see where the snag is.

I've seen this error message appear when projects and elements in the projects are not being saved locally. Are you saving everything to a folder on your local drive?
