Articulate Studio 13 issues

I certainly hope that someone has some assistance they can provide. I have been using Articulate Studio for a couple of years, upgraded to Studio 13 a few months ago (I think) and most recently installed Storyline. In the past couple of months I have not been able to get Studio 13 to work properly. I open power-point to work on a file, save it (to my hard drive), when I click on the Articulate menu I get an error message stating that the Articulate presenter project cannot be upgraded to Articulate Presenter 13. This happens with a brand new power-point created in the latest version. The Articulate help desk suggested that I wipe my entire operating system and start fresh, which the IT person here is not inclined to do. I did reinstall Microsoft office and Articulate. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what did you do to fix it? After I got help from the Articulate help Desk the program worked for about two weeks and today it is once again not working at all. Amy

You mentioned you were working with our Support team - have you contacted them today about the change in how it's operating? Do you have a case number so that I could follow along?

You may want to also preform a repair of Presenter. You can follow the steps listed here.
