Today I downloaded Studio 13 with many issues, but I finally was able to get it to download. Now my presentation, completed with Articulate 09, has been modified with '13, but the screen freezes after I alter a slide or preview/edit. MS Power Point error message states closing the program. Help! I have three presentations that need to be completed by the end of the day on Thursday.

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty.
If Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, a simple repair may fix the problem.
It sounds as if you had some issues with downloading and installation, so that should assist you.
Be sure that you are working locally.
