I work for a company with over 50,000 employees and we are looking into purchasing Articulate Studio 2013 however I am having trouble with the Articulate ribbon (it is a trial version and we previously had Studio 09) and have tried all conventional means to get it to work.
The ribbon itself does appear but when I click on "Slide Properties" or "Preview" the PowerPoint/Presenter freezes and completely shuts down. I called an spoke to a technician and they did not offer to remote onto the machine but instead sent me a 7-page document about simple steps that I have already taken to rectify this issue. Even after making sure the ribbon is not disabled, etc. checking Microsoft Office settings, etc. it is still not working.
What is the solution? Your help is greatly appreciated!
