Articulate Studio 13 - volume control

I have a course unit that doesn't have an audio track but some of the screens are Engage interactions with video. On the video screens I would like to have a volume control for the audio but I don't want the volume control to appear on other presenter screens as it will lead people to think that there's audio on those screens when there isn't.
I have ticked to have a volume control within Engage on the video screens but I have deselected the volume control in the player in Presenter. However this means that the volume control doesn't appear on any of the screens, including the video ones. Is there a way to have the volume control on some screens but not others?
Thanks!

Hi Rose and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
With the unified player in Studio '13, there is not a way to do what you are wanting to do. The player settings in Presenter will override the ones you have set for Engage, and there is not a slide-by-slide option for the volume control. It's either on or off.
Hi Leslie,
Thanks a lot for getting back to me. This seems a real shame because I'm updating my courses from a previous version of Articulate and in that old version I was able to have volume controls on some of the Engage screens but not on the Presenter screens no problem. I can imagine many scenarios where you may want audio on some screens but not others - putting a volume control on all screens where there isn't any audio is not an option as users will think there's audio and spend ages adjusting their settings etc trying to hear it. Perhaps this is something that could be fixed for future releases?
Thanks
Rosie
