Articulate Studio 360 has over written Articulate '13 Studio

May 10, 2018

Hi,

I selected update in the Articulate 360 panel and it has overwritten my running version of Articulate '13 Studio. I need to have Studio accessible for client projects that cannot be updated to 360.

How can I revert this?

Hi Kimberly,

Studio '13 and Studio 360 both act as a Powerpoint add-on, so only one can be installed and enabled at a time. If you need to have access to both, you could look at using a second instance of Windows (on either another computer or a virtual machine within your current computer) to allow you to run both.

Keep in mind, that if you open a file in the latest version we'll always ask about upgrading it and create a backup copy for use in the older version in case you change your mind. You can always download and reinstall any of the perpetual tools from this link, and you'll need to activate again with your serial number.
