We are updating an Articulate Studio course, which uses narration with each slide. When we publish the course, the audio doesn't play. It seems like there is still audio associated with each slide, since I can see it when I click Audio Editor. Any suggestions about what we're missing?
If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To test your content and share it with others, you'll need to upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's how.

What was the solution to this? We are encountering something similar.
Hi Lara! This thread is a bit dated and it doesn't appear that we heard back from Susan.
Did you check my response above? You are welcome to share your file as well if you'd like us to take a look.
Our fix was to update the PPT file. Once we saved the file as a PowerPoint Presentation instead of a PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation all went well.
Sounds great. Glad you were able to get this sorted Lara. Thanks for popping in with an update.
