I am attempting to activate the notes function in the player properties option in Studio 13. However, when I publish my course, the notes tab does display, but it is not showing any of the notes. It is just showing the same one sentence on every single slide of the training. Why is this happening?
Anything else is clutching at straws, but a save as some other file name, also you could find here that sentence is and delete that, or deactivate notes publish, and then reactivate and publish
Thanks so much for your help but it looks like I resolved the issue. The update that I installed must have been corrupted, because when I uninstalled and reinstalled it, the notes are showing up fine!
Glad it was an easy fix, just annoying that it seems most Articulate updates I install have some sort of issue at first!

Hi Suzanne, check you have the latest update of Studio installed, are you using a custom skin?

I at first attempted to use a custom skin, but abandoned that idea and am now just using a regular player template.
I will check to make sure I have the latest update of studio installed, but I am almost certain I do.
Any other suggestions?
