Articulate tab disapears every month (Articulate Studio 13)

I am on a helpdesk and I am providing assistance to a user running Articulate Studio 13 using Presenter. It seems as though every month or so the Articulate tab diapers from PowerPoint. Our only recourse has been to uninstall and reinstall the software. We are using Window 7 SP1 x86 and Microsoft Office 2010. I do ensure that the add-on is not disabled. I’m thinking that this happens after Windows updates but am not sure. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix this issue permanently? Thanks in advance!

Hi Kevin,

You will need to reactivate after installing software updates, but you shouldn't need to reinstall Studio '13 every time. Do you know if there is a Windows update happening on that regular of a schedule? When you check after the update the add on still shows enabled? 

I think Kevin it may be best to work this through with our Support Engineers so that we could see what else may be on this users' system and impacting the behavior. Can you reach out to them here?
