Articulate update crashed my app

Under deadline as usual but Articulate wanted to do an update. What was I thinking. After going through the update, articulate in power point does absolutely nothing. It does not respond to anything.

To make matters worse, I am traveling and cannot afford to uninstall and reinstall power point because I am not sure I have with me what I would need to reinstall it.

Does anyone have a solution that does not require I uninstall power point?

I got the solution from support and it worked. Here it is:

"If you were never prompted to activate Articulate Presenter '13 and the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon isn't working, here's how to correct it:

 http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap13&id=481dx53dgh9d

It was simple. I am going to keep this in an Articulate/Procedures/ProductUpdate folder so I can avoid the downtime next time.
