When I try to import some videos into encoder they appear upside down and when I select play it runs but with no audio. When I publish it publishes ok but because I cannot hear the audio in the upside down position I cannot edit it. Incidently some of these videos loaded OK when I first imported them but for some reason flipped upside down later and now they are all going in upside down. Any ideas??
Thank you for this. I tried to download the codec and had some difficulty locating the first one because the link would not work. However, I did download and thankfully my video problem was resolved. however, for some reason I could not then use any of my printers from my laptop and could not add or remove printers. I uninstalled the codec programs and the printers worked again and strangely enough the Video Encoder was also still working......

I haven't heard of codec packs affecting printer functionality, but I'm glad that the problem is resolved, and doubly-grateful that you've shared this information for others to find in the future!

Good Morning Pauline, and welcome to Heroes!
Please try closing Video Encoder and installing the following codec packs:
K-Lite Codec Pack Full (accept all default installation options)
Media Player Codec Pack (deselect toolbar options during installation)
After downloading these codec packs, kindly restart your machine, then try importing the video in Articulate Video Encoder again.
