I have a course that contains several engage interactions. Users on Safari or Firefox can launch the course but as soon as it gets to an interaction it sits and does nothing. It is SCORM wrapped.
Any suggestions? Most of our staff is on pc IE8 however our salesforce is all MAC users. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also, you may want to try testing your course in SCORM Cloud, along with those browsers, to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.

If an Engage interaction in your published Presenter '09 presentation will not load during playback, please review the following suggestions:
Articulate Support > Engage interaction in published presentation does not load during playback

Thank you! i tested in Scorm Cloud and had no problem using Firefox.
