I have published an eLearning session that includes a word document and a pdf and a link in the attachments tab. When I view it locally, the attachments are available, but when the session is posted online and viewed through Citrix the attachments are not available to select from the attachment tab, however the link is available.
Articulate Studio '13 isn't supported in a server environment, such as Citrix or VMware ThinApp. Check out this article for more information.
