Has anyone had an issue where the attachment tab does not show up? I have "attachments" checked off on the template, and I see an attachment file listed when I click on attachments in the presentation, however when I publish, the attachement tab is not there next to the exit tab.
Can you tell us a bit more about how you're viewing the published output? You'll want to check that you're testing the published output within it's intended environment, as viewing the published content locally can cause unintended security restrictions.
If you continue to have unusual behavior, you may want to conduct a repair of your Studio software as described here.
I am viewing the published output on my laptop. Also, I have tried viewing the template in preview mode, and do not see that attachment tab there either.
When you create the attachment tab within your Player, are you able to save that as a player template? If you'd like to save it as a player template, try to import it into a new Presenter course to see if the Attachment tab appears. Also, were you able to repair your Studio software? Your player templates are stored in your .PPTA file, so when collaborating with other authors on a project, first make sure you’ve published your project at least once, then simply send the source .PPTor .PPTX file and the associated .PPTA file to the other authors. When others open the project, they’ll have access to the custom player template used in the project.
