Attachments aren't working in published presenter file

I insert 5 pdf files on a Presenter side. When I preview the slide and access the attachment, they launch. Once I publish the file and then try to access the attachments, nothing happens when I click on the hyperlinked file.
The pdf files are in the "Data" - "Download" folder.
I am getting the following message. Can anyone help?

Even i'm going through the same problem, even after trying the solution provide in your replay, it's not working. Please provide the alternate solution for the same.

How have you published your course? To web? LMS? Articulate Online? Are you testing your attachments from the same place you published to? If none of the solutions in the above article resolve the issue for you, you can submit a case to our support staff for additional help. Thanks!
