We are using Articulate 9. We had some 20 docx files attached in the attachments tab - it is functioning fine with Internet Explorer 8. But the attachments are not opening up in IE 7 and in Chrome. Kindly advise how we could solve this issue. Many thanks.
If your links or attachments aren't working as expected in Internet Explorer 7, you can try the following method to update your browser security settings:
1. Open Internet Explorer. 2. Go to Tools > Internet Options. 3. Select the Security tab. 4. Click on Internet. 5. Click the Custom Level button. 6. Under the Downloads section, change "Automatic prompting for file downloads" to Enable. 7. Click OK. 8. Click Apply, and then click OK. 9. Restart your browser, and test your published content again.
If that doesn't seem to help, please feel free to contact our support team. Thanks!

Thanks a ton, Peter.
I am afraid it isnt working still. I shall check it again tomorrow morning once. But it would be great if there are some alternate methods.

Shoot, sorry for the trouble. I'd go ahead and submit a case to our support team if it's still not functioning properly. Best of luck!
Thank you so much Peter for the support.
