I zipped and uploaded several Articulate Presentations into our Adobe Connect Pro 7.5 training module. They work great except if they have attachments.
When I click on the attachment it displays the correct name of the attachment but opens up a brand new instance of the entire presentation and NOT the attachment. (The attachments are PDFs.)
I can upload the attachments separately but really want to avoid that if possible.
I had seen the troubleshooting article and did disable the pop-up blocker. It didn't help. My IE settings are in "lockdown" by our IT folks so I couldn't try resetting them. It plays fine off of our internal site though it is just once it is uploaded into Connect that is the problem.
I have been in contact with Adobe and will direct them to this article. Hopefully they will figure it out!
Unfortunately I can't share the link with you since the presentation has proprietary information in it. I didn't create the presentation nor do I have Articulate so I can't go in and redact it.
I have to say I am really impressed with your company's fast responses and willingness to tackle this. Thank you.! You may appreciate that Adobe's solution is to convert it into a Presenter presentation. For some reason, that just made me laugh...of course, Adobe wants it in another Adobe product.
I will post the attachments separately for now. We are upgrading to Connect Pro 8 soon and I will try it again then.

Hi Kathy,
Sounds like a security restriction might be the root of the issues you're experiencing. Have a look at this troubleshooting article:

Let me know if that resolves it...

Thank you for the quick response!
You may want to try removing any spaces or special characters from the file names, add them back and see how it goes.
Thanks for the tip but it is still doing it with the name change.
Hi Cathy,
Do you have a link to the content that we can test?
