Attachments stopped working

Hello,

I discovered that one of my e-learning courses had one Attachment (PDF) that wasn't opening for people.  There are 11 Attachments - both PDF and Weblinks and the others were working fine.  This course is running on our LMS.   I've gotten a couple of different errors depending on what computer and whose log in I'm using.  But for the most part it is a "404 - File or Directory not Found Error. 

I resaved the file as PDF again and re-attached it.  It still didn't work.  Then I discovered the attachment above it was no longer working.  I tried saving that one again and re-attaching it.  Still can't open it.  And then the one above that attachment now no longer works.  It's like it's spreading.  The bottom 5 no longer work (they are all PDFs) but the top 6 do (they are a mix of PDFs and Weblinks).

And nothing there seems to be the problem. 

Oh, and also, none of the other courses we have on the LMS are experiencing this problem. 

Any thoughts?

Hi Dayna,

If you wouldn't mind creating an Articulate Presenter Package, and then sending that to us when you submit a support case, we'll be happy to take a look and see if we can't get your problems resolved. Make sure to include a link to your published file on your LMS, if possible, and any other links or files we may need.
