Audio background sound- what am I doing wrong Jul 24, 2012 By Denise Appleby Hi, I am using an AT2020 USB Microphone. I have the mike turned away from the computer, I speak towards it and I keep it about 12 inches away from my mouth. Still, I get that funny background sound. What am I doing wrong?
