Audio Editor Display

So I have an interesting problem... 
The display of my audio seems to be off a few centimeters. As you can see by the grey line, slide 63 breaks 36.58.45 and the actual pause in the display is at 37.01.03. I have closed down, rebooted, and even deleted the audio import on slides 60-124 and reimported them. But this problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway you could post the slide or two where it's happening (with the audio)? Can't quite get my mind around what's happening here.

As Daniel mentioned, it may be easier to diagnose if we can see the file. In the meantime, are you unable to drag the slide marker to the right or the left to change when it would pause as described in this tutorial? (Presenter 09 directions here)
