Has anyone come across this issue.....im suddenly unable to open audio editor from my Articulate presenter 13.
I'm able to add audio files but not able to open editor window. When i try it, there is an invisible window which makes the presentation stuck and later i need to close and re-open the presentation for further editing :(
Thanks for the tip but somehow i managed to fix the problem. I found that the audio file was blank in one of my slide while performing sync animation. So from the import audio option, i again imported new audio file for the slide which had no voice i.e blank recording (but audio file was present) and after that im able to open the audio editor.
Seems very strange. Maybe u guys can try out to confirm if this is a bug and fix it :)
I'm glad you found the culprit, and I'd be happy to investigate this further with you. Can you tell me why you would want to include a blank audio file in your course?
I didn't insert....it was a mistake. In the "Add Narration" window i clicked start/stop narration by-mistake after which the blank audio was overwritten over my previously imported audio. This led to the problem.
Also one more question, i'm not sure if there is an option available to close "Add/sync narration/animation/annotation" window without saving? I didn't find any....could you help me with this :) There is save and close option but no close without saving option :(
You can click the "X" in the upper right corner to close the Narration window. You'll see a prompt asking if you want to save your changes, and you can select "Don't Save". Let me know if that helps!

Yikes, sorry this is causing you frustration, Arul! I can help you sort it out.
Are you already working from your local hard drive? If so, double-check that the Articulate add-in for PowerPoint is enabled.
From there, try these troubleshooting steps. Let me know if that does the trick!

I'm using presenter 13.
