Hi, I created tutorial in Presenter and recorded audio narration. It sounded fine. After publishing to web, it was uploaded to website. Now learners are complaining that when they click on the link to access it on website, they can barely hear it. It is very soft on my home computer. Any ideas? Thanks
Hi, I also went into each slide and upped the audio to 100% individually in Audio Editor. Not sure which worked, but it is fine now. I'm unsure why it would be ok on some computers and not ok on others, though. Do you have any thoughts about that?

In Presentation Options, I checked Optimize Audio Volume, and republished. Do you think that will make a difference?
Hi Julie,
It may. Have you tested the presentation with the new settings? If not, try uploading the new published version and see if the audio is any louder.
If it doesn't sound any better, are you able to share a link for the presentation? I'd be happy to check it out.
Thanks!

Hi Julie,
Without knowing the machine, exactly how everything was being recorded/inserted/all the settings, I'm afraid not.
I am happy to hear that it seems to be working well now, though. If you do run into any trouble with this again, please let me know.
Thanks Julie!
