I tried to use the import audio feature in Presenter '13 but I keep getting the error that it is "not a supported audio file." The file type is "wav" and I have imported them before. Any idea what is going on?
Although Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio '13 support a wide range of audio file formats (AAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA), not all codecs and bitrates are supported. If you encounter either of the issues described above, we recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV for best results.
Hi - I have tried 7 different "supported" formats, converted from 5 different applications (including WAV from Audacity and Audition in 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV) and I keep getting that error message. Is there any other way to fix this?
If you're seeing that error for every audio file you insert I'd want to have you first go through a repair, and if the behavior persists connect with our Support engineers to share some of your audio files.
Thanks - As it turns out, disabling sharing on the VMWare, then copying the files to the Windows side, then re-enabling sharing, then importing the sound files worked. I hope that can help others down the road.

Thanks for popping in with an update Aaron.
