I have published my course using Presenter 360 and while I can hear the audio via the browser, I can't hear any audio via mobile technology. I published to the web maximizing for html5 with flash backup and mobile player. What am I doing wrong.

Hi Guy, sorry that's happening! I can help you narrow this down. Can you help me with a few more details?
I'm using an I-phone 6 and safari. Here is the link:

Thanks, guy! Although it looks like your link didn't come through.
Could you click this link to open the forum thread, then paste your course link in the reply window?

There seem to be 5 different links created. Which one should I use?
presentation.html
presentation_html5.html
presentation_flash.html
amplaunch.html
presentation.swf
Thanks, Guy! I tested this link on an iPhone 6S iOS 10.3.2 on Safari, and I was able to hear audio.

Can you double check that your audio is switched on for your device?
Ok, now I feel stupid. Thanks.
No worries, Guy! I'll admit it's happened to me, too. 😆 I'm glad we got it sorted out!
Audio is on for my device, but I am experiencing this issue.
