Audio from one presentation overwrote another
Mar 29, 2018
I was planning to release a new online course this morning, when I noticed that two of my presentations had the messed up tables you see in Presenter '13 sometimes. No big deal, I thought, I'll just replace those tables with images and re-publish. Somehow, in that process, Presentation A turned out fine, but Presentation B was overwritten with the audio from A. In the published version, the slides from B play with audio from A in a random order, and not all slides have audio. The .pptx looks normal, with all the slides from B in the correct order. When I open Audio Editor in B, the thumbnail slides show slides from both A and B mixed together, with audio from A on the A slides (in random order) and no audio on the B slides.
I'm working on a local drive, and I didn't do anything to the files other than change the tables to images. I did have both files open at the same time, and I'm worried that somehow the Articulate data from A leaked into B...
What happened and how do I get my B audio back???

Hi there, Juliet. Thanks for reaching out - that sounds like really odd behavior. Would you be able to share your Articulate Packages of both of those files with our support team for help?
