Audio gone a year later
Jan 14, 2020
Hi everyone! So last year I made a presentation using PowerPoint and Presenter, I narrated and published it without any issues at all.
A year later, I now need to make a small amendment but realize that the audio is completely gone.
Any clues as to what could have happened, considering that it published just fine? Anything I should look for before recording the entire presentation all over again?
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Stephanie,
I'm so sorry to hear your audio just disappeared like that! If you still have your published output files, you can check the presentation_content folder to see if there are any .mp3 audio files available you can utilize.

Hi Ren, I just wanted to thank you so much, I did indeed find every .mp3 file for each slide in the presentation folder and was able to import it just fine -- and it was still synched, which really helped make this an easy and fast fix!
Appreciate the help :)
Hi Stephanie,
You're so welcome! I'm glad this little tip saved you time in getting the audio re-incorporated, and I am always happy to help!
