Audio is missing for course on SharePoint Online

We have recently migrated to Office 365, MS Office 2016 desktop, and SharePoint Online.
I received a request to update a course I created using Articulate Presenter 13 that includes audio. I published the course for the LMS and it works fine.
I was also asked to publish the same course for use on a SharePoint Online site. I published the course selecting Web and then uploaded all of the files and folders to the SharePoint Online site. When we play the course, we have no audio.
Does anyone have an idea how this can be remedied? I had the same course on a SharePoint 2007 team site and we had no issues.
Thank you for your help!

Hi, Pat -- Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you have tested your course published for LMS in the SCORM Cloud to see if you are finding the same audio issue there, as well?
Hi Pat!
I've seen a similar issue shared here. What browser are you testing the published content in? Is it happening across browsers?
Do you experience the issue if you upload the course to Tempshare?
I have the course on our LMS and it is working fine. We have recently upgraded to SharePoint Online and that is where the issue is occurring. This same course played fine on the old SharePoint 2007 site.
Hi Pat- I wanted to share this information... You should be able to host Articulate content in SharePoint Server. However, it won't work with SharePoint Online (the Microsoft Office 365 Hosted Edition), since it doesn't support HTML files.
Also- you are welcome to edit your lat reply to remove your email address (replying via email will include your signature).
