The audio is recoding at a barely perceptible volume.
When I was working yesterday, I was recording in an interaction, and I remember the PC asking me if I wanted to allow the device to access "something". I remember saying yes, and telling it never to ask me again.
I have tired all of the articulate and pc settings I know of to adjust the volume of recording on the mic.
is there somewhere in Engage or presenter where I can change how the mic is receiving sound?
not even sure if this is the problem...
The problem occurs in all articulate products.

Can you try downloading and installing Audacity and try to record something and see if you have an issue there as well:

I have had this, and it has been that the default sound recording device still set elsewhere. I put in mic, and move further away, so defeult PC mic records @ very low volume.
Could that be it?

Switched to a different mic and moved the wireless keyboard further away. Problem solved. Thanks Everyone!
