Win 7 Blue Snowball mic The audio is recoding at a barely perceptible volume. When I was working yesterday, I was recording in an interaction, and I remember the PC asking me if I wanted to allow the device to access "something". I remember saying yes, and telling it never to ask me again. I have tired all of the articulate and pc settings I know of to adjust the volume of recording on the mic. is there somewhere in Engage or presenter where I can change how the mic is receiving sound? not even sure if this is the problem...
I have had this, and it has been that the default sound recording device still set elsewhere. I put in mic, and move further away, so defeult PC mic records @ very low volume.

Can you try downloading and installing Audacity and try to record something and see if you have an issue there as well:

Switched to a different mic and moved the wireless keyboard further away. Problem solved. Thanks Everyone!
