Audio Issues - Chrome and ElearningBrothers Gizmo Template

This afternoon I went to view an Articulate '09 course and found that I couldn't hear any flash audio beyond the first slide. This issue appears to exist under the following conditions: 

- When viewing the files in Chrome (on LMS or local)

- Courses were published using the eLearning Brothers "Gizmo" player template

I realize that these conditions are pretty specific but I was wondering if anyone else could replicate the same issues or if there is a third factor going on here with our IT system. Thanks for any tips or advice anyone has

Hi Meg, welcome to the community!

It wouldn't be the first time I've heard of a custom template interfering with course audio. So based on your conditions, is it safe to assume that the audio plays fine without the custom template being used? 

If you'd like, we'd be happy to take a look and see if we can detect what's going on. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.

I've been in contact with eLearning Brothers and apparently a recent flash update was the culprit. They've got updated files available via their website if you purchased via their library you can just download the updated version.  http://library.elearningtemplates.com/search?qr=&ex=&cg%5B%5D=39&sr=relevancy&ps=50&sid=40207

If you had any custom skins built you will need to contact them and they will update the files for you.
