Audio Issues

I am recording with Presenter '13. I had another person record this same presenation with Presenter '09. I have upgraded the presentation to 13. I have recorded over the audio the other person did; however, when I preview some of the slides, the other person is still doing the audio. It is 'hit and miss' throughout the presentation.

When I go to record again and play the audio on that screen, it is my voice, but when I return to the presentation window and do a preview, it is the other person's voice.

Is this a bug with Presenter '13? Has anyone else experienced this? How can I make sure when I record my voice that it will be the one I hear when I preview and publish the presentation?

Also, when I run Audio Editor, I get a message that states:
 
Articulate Presenter '13 has stopped working:

    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a
    solution is available. 

Once I get this, I have to close the program.
