Audio keeps playing after exiting the course
Oct 25, 2011
Hi, I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem?
I am finding now that I have Flash Player WIN 11,0,1.15 2 installed on my machine, the audio in my Articulate Presenter courses continue to play if I exit a course before the audio track completes.
If anyone has noticed this - is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening other than installing an older version of the Flash Player?
I know it is not an Articulate issue because I have seen it in Flash files and Captivate as well but any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Nancy,
Rather than install an older version of Flash, have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the current version?
Uninstall your current version of the Flash Player. Follow the steps here:

Download the latest version of Flash:
http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash
Let me know if that resolves the audio issue. Good luck!
I'm having the same issue and Flash doesn't seem to be the problem. Any other advice?
Hi Tina!
I'm not sure that I've seen this before and this thread is a bit dated.
Absolutely, but it only happens in our LMS, not in the 'preview' mode in Storyline, so i'm not sure if you'll see any red flags in the Storyline file but here you go! Thanks for taking a look.
Thanks for sharing the file Tina. I uploaded the course to SCORM Cloud and do not seem to be experiencing the same behavior.
Do you experience the same issue if you view my published course?

If not, sounds like it may be limited to your LMS.
I'm not having the same issues with the link you just sent. It must be
limited to our LMS. We'll have to work it out on our end. Thank you for
your help!
Sounds great Tina. Glad I was able to assist and just pop back in if you need further assistance.
