I was seeking for a particular slide on an html5 only presentation (presenter 360) and clicking on slides rapidly to get on the one I was looking for. Then suddently I could hear few slides audio playing at the same time.
I closed the presentation and I got back in itthen everthink was ok. You should be able to reproduce the bug.
I gave this a try as I know we have a similar issue that was introduced in Storyline 360 Update 9. I was able to have the audio from one slide keep playing on another slide when I started clicking very quickly (not a great experience - but it also took a lot of clicking quickly!) but I didn't have any audio overlapping. Perhaps I didn't have enough slides or advance fast enough?
I would love to have our team take a look at your file. Is this the same file that you're working on with Lea in your case about Presenter panel videos? If so - we can take a look at it there. If not, feel free to share another file with us here.
I tried your link and everything looks good. Can you also refer to what Ashley wrote up there :

I apologize, you are correct. I am now seeing the audio overlap, just as Ashley described. Here's a new screen recording that shows the audio overlapping.
I've reported this to our team so we can begin looking at next steps. We'll keep you posted on any new developments we receive!

Hi there, Mario. Can you let me know what browser you were using to perform those steps? And if it was hosted on the web or in an LMS?
On the Web and I was using the last Google Chrome update.

Hi,
My english might be the problem because when I say « overlapsing » I am talking about what you just described.
Hi Mario,
I wasn't able to recreate this problem in Presenter 360, and I still need your help. You can have a look at my testing here.
Can you test this link and let me know if you hear the audio overlapping there?

That is the same problem as I had.
Thank you.
