Audio playback

I've upgraded a Studio 8 course to Studio 360. There's an audio anomaly: When a learner clicks the menu to attempt to skip ahead, the warning "You must complete the quiz in order to continue" appears.
After clicking OK, the slide continues on... in silence. The only way to resume audio is to click PREV, then NEXT to return to the slide and resume the audio.
Didn't know if this was a known problem.

Hi there Sam!
Thanks for sharing your experience here. This sounds very similar to a known issue where audio is being muted when trying to view a slide that has not been viewed yet using restricted navigation. Would you mind sharing your Articulate Package here so we can verify that the behavior you're seeing is related?
I've upgraded the project to SL 360 and this problem anyway is gone. There may be others coming. We'll see.

That's good to hear! I'm glad you got things sorted out on this file, and please be sure to reach out if this happens again in the future.
I had the same problem ;-)
