An audio presentation works when played locally on my computer but does not play when I try to play from my website. It appears to load but then goes straight to a blank slide with "slide 100 of 160 - presentation complete'.
Strangely, it works properly when I upload it another of my websites.

They sent me a response with the same link as Phil sent but I am waiting for a response from them to a follow up question. Any idea how long they take to answer? Or do they leave it to the forums to sort out problems?

I also seem to remember that I experienced this when the file structure naming convention was too long.
Publishing to my Desktop often cured this.
Worth a try, though Phil's explanation sounds more plausible!

Normally quickly monday to friday, not sure if they work weekends
