Has anyone ever run across this problem? I work for a software company who releases a new version of the software on a quarterly basis. So the existing elearning presentations usually need to have new slides added to them. The problem I run into is that after - after I add or update slides, the audio quality of the existing slides seems to be less. I want to avoid having to re-record all audio for the presentation. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of options I can test out?
This is strange Cindy. I've not encountered this problem. Do you use the recording feature in Presenter or import the audio?
I am wondering if it has something to do with the environment in which you do the recording each time. Do you use the same mike each time, how do you control audio levels and ambient noise from session to session?
Thanks Nancy - I downloaded Audacity from the web and am playing around with the compression options. This should do the trick. The environment in which I record is not the issue at all. Appreciate your response. Give it a try - its a pretty big application but has many features and the price is right! (a free download )
