Audio transfer

So, I'll be working on several projects that will be using some of the same content and obviously I don't want to have to rerecord every slide.  How do I cut and paste slides with audio from one project to another in PowerPoint-Presenter?  Or can I import slides in PowerPoint-Presenter?

Hi Bradley! 

You can re-use slides, but it would not pull the audio.

To re-use slides:

  • Click the Home tab
  • Click the drop-down arrow beside New Slide and select Reuse Slides.
  • Click the Browse button and select Browse File.
  • Locate your original PowerPoint file and click the Open button.
  • At the bottom of the Reuse Slides panel, select the Keep source formatting check box.

You would need to export the narration from your original presentation, then import it into the new presentation.
