Audio will not update

I have deleted and imported new audio but the old audio keeps playing when I save the file and reopen the file.  How can I get rid of the old audio within presenter?

Hi, Lisa -- So sorry for your difficulties! Have you had a chance to review this information on when Audio is Lost or Missing? Please be sure to see the following section, as well:

The Articulate Add-in Is Disabled in PowerPoint

If the Articulate add-in is disabled in PowerPoint, recorded or imported audio may not get saved. See this article to re-enable the add-in.

I tried to update Articulate to see if that would fix my problem with the audio not updated on saving. When I ran the update I received the following error message "the installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate"

I recently upgraded to Office 2013 could this be causing an issue?
