I have added audio to a slide and synced it with my animations. The problem I am running into is that the animations aren't popping up once synced? I have watched the tutorial and can not figure out what I am doing wrong.
Are you animating text or graphics? Is the state "normal" not "hidden" for the objects? If you can upload a file, or even a screenshot of a slide with the timeline visible, that might help us help you:)
Thanks for your question! First you'll want to ensure that you're working from your local hard drive as opposed to a network drive, since working from a network drive can cause unexpected behavior. If you're still seeing issues, I'd agree with Jeanne that we'd want to take a look at your Presenter file to see exactly what's happening with the animations. You'll want to create an Articulate Package, then you can either attach it directly here in the discussion thread, or you can send it to our Support Engineers if you'd rather keep the file private.
