background changes

I added a background image to the slide master in PPT 2010. There are a few slides where part of the image doesn't show when I publish the course. I have deleted the slides and rebuilt them, but I still have the same problem. I duplicated a slide that shows the image and had the same issue. I've attached a couple screenshots.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Nancy,
I apologize for the issues that you're having. Can you try creating a new folder on your Desktop & then publishing to that new folder? If that doesn't resolve the issue, I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

I did as you suggested with the same result. I noticed that it is limited to one section. Checked the slide master for that section but it seems OK. I uploaded the package. Thank you.
