Hi! I'm not sure if I should raise this with Articulate or with gdg software, but the trouble I'm having is: after I compiled the html into an executable file, the Backspace key doesn't work when using the Search Tab. I tested the html and the Backspace function works fine.
I was wondering, is there a setting I need to adjust in Articulate before publishing? Or is this an issue with the compiler software (HTML Executable 4.1) we're using?
The Backspace key does not work in the Search tab when your presentation is published for CD. This is a known issue. You can workaround this behavior by using the Delete key instead. Will that work for your needs?
As I mentioned in our previous discussion, the Backspace key will not work properly with CD published content.
Here's a part of the response, just in case you missed it:
"Correct, the CD version only has an issue with the Backspace key for fill-in-the-blank and data entry boxes. This is something that we have been investigating. For now you may need to try using the "Delete" key, if you need to keep your content in a CD version. We'd also be happy to take a look at the project and see if we can find any information that narrows down the issue."

Hi Peter!
It is too bad though that the Backspace key doesn't work in this format. Thanks for your help, though
Hi,
Is there any option for putting notes for that on the search tab ...
