We're translating some of our courses for delivery to a Chinese-reading audience. We have a few ppt/presenter modules, some quizmaker and engage content, as well as some Adobe Flash pieces that are embedded in the ppt.
Do you recommend a font that will work best? Our translators suggest SimSun.
Are there any useful hints and tips for publishing articulate content in non-western fonts?

I would recommend SimSun or Arial Unicode MS per the article below:
