Best practices for Articulate Studio

I'm being asked to create a document containing best practices for using Articulate modules on our LMS.
One of the issues I've had in the past is the module stalling out with a users browser. This is particularly the case with Firefox. Also having issues with iPads.
As far as I know, these are the preferred browsers for Articulate:
- Chrome
- Microsoft Edge/Explorer
- Safari
If that is not the case, please advise.
I've also selected in the past the option for Apple/Android players when publishing, but these don't seem to work either, so I've since stopped using them.
I could also use any tips or suggestions from other users on what best to include in this document.

So has anyone had an issue with Firefox, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Hi Steve! Not sure if you are looking for community feedback here? What issue are the users having with Firefox? This is the only documented issue we have:
If you're using Firefox, you may find that your Articulate content doesn't launch as expected. You may see a message that the Flash plugin is vulnerable and has been blocked. See this article for more information and solutions.
