I need to translate an Articulate Studio 09 project with many Quizmaker and Engage interactions.
What is the best way to approach this?
Would it be best to convert the Studio 09 to Studio 13? I am testing this, but to my big surprise, when I look at Studio 13, there doesn't seem to be an option to export/import translatable text? Is translation not foreseen in studio 13??
I was trying to find the best way to translate a Studio 09 project.
I have just installed Studio 13 Update 2 and - coincidence! - it contains a Translation-function ! So no need to manually copy-paste the text in the engage interactions or quizzes anymore.
So upgrading the project to '13 seems to be the best option.
Hello! We are revitalizing an old course created in Studio '13. Can you confirm that the translation export/import process for Studio '13 is the same as Articulate 360?
I have courses published in Studio 09 that need to be converted to html. I also have Aticulate 360. Can 09 be migrated to Presenter 360 or does it first have to migrate to Studio 13 (which I do not have).
Thank you for the resource, Leslie. Wanted to double check with you if there were any major differences between translating Presenter courses and Storyline courses in 360?
While there may be some steps that are slightly different, the main process for translation is the same.
For both applications, you'll export the original text to XLIFF or Word, translate it, then re-import back into the software. Any other additional steps would be specific to each program.
Feel free to follow along with each user guide as you get used to the process, and let us know if you run into any questions!

Hi Christophe!
I'm not sure of what your ultimate goal or question is here.
Do you want these presentations to be upgraded to Studio '13 or were you thinking you had to have '13 to translate?
Here are some threads/articles that may be beneficial to you (here, here, and here).

In other words, is there any major differences between your resource link above and this one?
