Due to the fact that the Engage interaction is loaded into the top level of the presentation, the Bio and Email details buttons will always appear behind the interaction. I would recommend using Slide Properties to switch this particular slide to Slide Only view so that the end-user doesn't even have the option of pressing those buttons.
Have there been any developments on this front. I don't want a slide only view and because I am using several different presenters, the ability to see a bio is quite important to me? Email not so important.
I could do a slide upfront introducing the presenter but across 16 different short interventions that doesn't really work so well? Could do it just once the first time that presenter features but my target group will be able to watch the sessions in any order and so may miss the intro anyway?
I suppose I could also include a bio as an attachment but that also isn't ideal?
Any advice would be appreciated. Lorraine, did you manage to make a plan of sorts?
I went with the default setting in the end. I used the standard PowerPoint slide at the start and mentioned the Bio and Email as part of the introduction to the learning environment, encouraging the user to click on it at that stage.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks Brian, I will consider that option.

Hi Graeme,
I went with the default setting in the end. I used the standard PowerPoint slide at the start and mentioned the Bio and Email as part of the introduction to the learning environment, encouraging the user to click on it at that stage.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
Let me know if you get a solution.
Thanks,
Lorraine
Thanks Lorraine - I appreciate the quick reply. What you did makes the most sense if the functionality within the software can't be fixed.
