I've articulate presentations and i watch it on a moodle. I see properly on all browsers except on Internet Explorer 9. On IE9 i can't wacth the articulate, only shows a black region with an scroll. The sound is ok. If i watch the presentation out of moodle i watch it properly.
Thank you for the test link. I've found a solution for you and posted this below.
It would appear there is an incompatibility with Moodle and the way IE9 handles iFrames. To workaround this issue, you should instruct your users to use the Compatibility View when using IE9
Here's how to run IE9 in Compatibility View:
1. Open IE 9 2. Press ALT + T to open the Tools menu. 3. Select 'Compatibility View Settings' from the Tools Menu 4. Select one of two options.
Option 1: Add your domain (mywebaddress.com) to the list of websites to run in compatibility view. Users will never have to change this setting again once they add your domain and visit other content or pages hosted on your domain.
Option 2: Check : 'Display all websites in Compatibility View'
Note: Checking this option will remove the icon form ther Address Bar
P.S. I was able to run your content from your LMS but outside of the iFrame. I did this by viewing your page source code and copied and pasted the content link in IE9's address bar. The content played without issue and without have to use the Compatibility View Mode. This would confirm this is an issue with IE9 and iFrames.
You might want to search the Moodle Forums or post a ticket with Moodle on this issue. I hope this helps!
yeah - sounds like a bug - I don't recall seeing anything similar reported yet - if you create an issue for it in the Moodle Tracker I'll take a look sometime - make sure you include details on the Theme you are using and a SCORM package that allows us to reproduce the issue.
Hey thanks for this test link .. And it's solution according to me is given below:
