Blurry Font....help!

Good afternoon! I'm relatively new to Presentor. When I published my presentation one of my slide's font in my graphic is all blurry and shadowy (is that a word?). Anyway I have posted a pic that I snagged off the actual presentation. This is not how it looks in Powerpoint.
Can someone help????

Hi Scott,
There could be a few reasons why your Presenter font looks blurry, and based on an image alone it's hard to diagnose exactly.
It looks like this image may have a 3D effect?
Or is it created using a SmartArt graphic?
Let us know if either of those help, and if you're not able to post your Presenter files here you can always share it with our Support team privately. You'll want to follow these directions to package your Presenter files.
