I've inserted a video from the web into my articulate presentation and I was using google chrome, i've published the presentation and sent to a colleague to check, and she's unable to view the video using IE.
Is there a workaround for this or does she have to use chrome?
Hi Meg! You mention that you are e-mailing it to your manager. Are you sending her the link to your published version that you've uploaded to the web somewhere? You want to be sure that you are publishing and sharing your content as this article explains.

Hi Meg!
How did you publish and share your presentation with your colleague? Are you utilizing the latest version of Presenter '13, which is Update 3?
Are you able to view the same course in IE?
Hi Leslie,
I published it to web and emailed it to my manager for her to look at. Yes I think it's the latest version.
No the error comes up when trying to view in IE... but it works in chrome for me.
Thanks,
Meg.
Sorry I misunderstood your question... i've just tried playing the file in IE and it worked for me?? I'm running IE 10 and she's running IE 9.
