I have 2 different power point presentations. When i publish them by articulate, the first is ok but the second one have always the same problem : in the vertical menu, i see always the small image of the slides which correspond to the first presentation...not the second..
And i publish first the second presentation, i have the opposite problem : there is the bad small image for the first presentation.
I don't understand because i always empty the cache of my browser before....
Can you try uploading your content to a new directory on the hosting server? Or if you're using an LMS, can you try creating a new course or delete / recreate the existing course? Let us know if that helps. Thanks!
