Buttons and hotspots misaligned

Hello,

I have published several SCORM packages for a client that work fine on some machines and not on others, some of the buttons are not where they appear on the screen. For example, the "YES or NO" buttons for resuming an activity are visually in the middle of the screen, but in order to get past this popup, you need to click on the invisible hotspots located on the lower right-hand corner of the screen. There are also a few other buttons that are janky with regard to a few quiz questions. You can't click on the circle for the multiple choice questions, but rather you need to click on the text a few inches to the right. The Submit and Next buttons are all just fine. So weird. I'm at a loss for what to tell them to do. Are there any sort of computer settings you can direct me to for solving this problem? Thanks!
